Mike ThompsonPresident
2nd generation of Thompson that has carried the family Foundry successfully into the 21st century. He has over 50 years hands-on experience in all aspects of the business, and is dedicated to casting strong relationships with his customers & employees. Flying, soaring, rolling anything with 2 wheels, and high-altitude escapes are activities that keep Mike grounded.
Keith Hayden
Foundry Manager / Sales
Keith has been a foundational pillar of Thompson Foundry since 1973. His loyalty and commitment are not only keys to his longstanding tenure with TF, they are attributes that make dealing with him a rewarding experience.
Diane (Thompson) StradlingController
Diane has been a key part of the family business for over 35 years. Alongside Mike, she is the 2nd generation that is responsible for helping guide the Foundry to where it is today.

Jeff & Shawn have over 50 years combined experience in traditional methods of foundry pattern construction. Embracing new technologies, while utilizing their mastered techniques of the discipline equip them to handle virtually any project requirement.

Sales
Darren comes from a diverse manufacturing & sales background, and has over 15 years experience within the metal casting industry. He has been with Thompson Foundry for over a decade and utilizes his strong communication skills to assure your requirements are understood, and the purchasing experience is second to none.

Thompson Foundry is located in South-Western British Columbia, minutes from the US/CDN border, and international shipping ports. Manufacturing at the current location since 1971, our facility continues to grow and adapted to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
