We have been manufacturing pump castings for over 40 years and have extensive experience in the production of hi-chrome A532 3A and stainless steel pump castings. We ship both raw castings and finished machined parts.
Pump castings
Almost one half of the castings made at Thompson Foundry are pump castings. The most common pump castings materials are Hi-Chrome white iron A532 3A, Stainless steel A743 CF8M and Duplex Stainless A890 CD4MCuN, but any of the metals that we produce can be for pump components. While many of the pump castings will go the customer as raw castings, other customers will have us have us do all of the machining, balancing, testing and inspection and ship pump parts ready to install.
